We discovered Bells Island NC in February2009. We immediately identified Bells Island as a great place to downsize with affordable water front views to wake up to.

The lot of choice was under contract and Julia remained in contact until said lot fell through allowing for our dream to come through. We then built in 2013 with further assistance from Julia.

Julia is very familiar with the area and a real professional.
